Measuring Performance Improvement
- We partner with your leadership to identify specific, observable behaviors expected to improve as a result of the training
- We develop a four-level on-line rating tool which will be completed by each participant and their supervisor before the training
- The same on-line rating tool is completed by the participants and their supervisors approximately 60 days after the final training module
- We compile and analyze the “before” and “after” data and provide a summary report to you
