  • We develop a four-level on-line rating tool which will be completed by each participant and their supervisor before the training
  • The same on-line rating tool is completed by the participants and their supervisors approximately 60 days after the final training module
  • We compile and analyze the “before” and “after” data and provide a summary report to you
