Measured Learning Outcomes is the Key
We partner with your leadership to identify specific, observable behaviors expected to improve as a result of the training. Then we develop a four-level, on-line rating tool which will be completed by each participant and their supervisor before the training. The same on-line rating tool is completed by the participants and their supervisors approximately 60 days after the final training module. Finally, we compile and analyze the “before” and “after” data and provides a summary report to you.
