Meet Deborah Wyda

Leadership and Supervisory Skills Expert

Deborah Wyda is an experienced training and development specialist with a broad range of subject matter expertise in leadership and supervisory skills including business communications, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. She is the former training manager for Random House, Inc. and training and development director for ARAMARK Corporation Sports and Entertainment division.

Ms. Wyda is on the faculty of Anne Arundel Community College – Corporate Training Group, Howard Community College and the Community College of Baltimore County. Ms. Wyda is a certified mediator. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University and holds a Master's Degree in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore. She was selected as a finalist for the 2012 Teaching Excellence Award at Anne Arundel Community College.
